Acceptance
Using wenxing.app and related services means you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you disagree, please stop using the service. Use is restricted to users aged 16+.
Nature of the service
Content on Wenxing — charts, reports, articles, AI chat — is offered as cultural and self-reflection material. It is NOT: · Medical diagnosis or treatment advice · Legal opinion · Investment or financial advice · Religious or supernatural promise Do not base major life decisions on this service alone. Consult qualified professionals where relevant.
Accounts & security
· You must provide an accurate email and protect your credentials · Accounts are single-user; do not share · Notify us of suspicious activity · No abuse (scraping, high-frequency requests, reverse engineering)
Pricing & refunds
· One-off reports: R1 year-ahead $9.90 · R2 chart deep-read $19.90 (or equivalent in other currencies) · Subscriptions (Sprint 9+): $4.90/mo, cancel anytime · **7-day no-questions refund**: full refund within 7 days of purchase; beyond the window, prorated by actual use · Exceptional cases: if AI generation fails or the PDF cannot be downloaded, we refund in full without being asked · Refunds are returned through the payment provider; timing depends on the provider and card issuer
Intellectual property
· Chart engines, UI design, and editorial copy are owned by Wenxing · AI-generated report text is licensed to you for personal use; we retain template and methodology rights · Quoting or reposting requires attribution and a link to the original page · Commercial redistribution requires prior written permission
Forbidden conduct
· Circumventing payment · Using the service for illegal, intimidating, or harassing purposes · Uploading someone else's birth details without permission · Identity fraud / sanction circumvention · Running metaphysics-themed scams via our platform
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wenxing and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability for direct losses is capped at the total amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
· You can delete your account at any time from settings · We reserve the right to terminate access on material breach (with reasonable notice where possible) · Paid reports remain downloadable via email attachment for 30 days after termination
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR for mainland users, and Singapore for overseas users. Disputes go to negotiation first; unresolved, they go to the corresponding arbitration venue.
Changes
Term updates are announced by email. You have 30 days to accept or close the account; continued use counts as acceptance.
