How to contact us
Support email: support@wenxing.app Include the type of issue, product purchased, and payment date. To protect your account, never send card numbers, passwords, or API keys.
Payments and refunds
Payments are handled through Creem hosted checkout, so card data does not reach Wenxing servers. For payment, receipt, or 7-day refund-window questions, email support@wenxing.app. We reply within 3 business days and process eligible refunds through Creem.
Report delivery
If an AI report fails to generate, an email does not arrive, or a PDF cannot be downloaded, include the purchase email, report type, and approximate payment time. We will check delivery and help with redelivery or a refund.
Accounts and privacy
To update or delete an account, or exercise privacy rights, email support@wenxing.app from the account email and use “Account” or “Privacy request” in the subject line.
